    Terramin Australia (ASX:TZN) has been granted a trading halt by the ASX pending an announcement regarding a debt restructure.

    The company's shares are currently in pre-open.

    Terramin has a base metal project and gold portfolio, with a focus on the Tala Hamza Zinc Project in Algeria which is ready to permit.

    It has a resource of 68.6 million tonnes at 4.6% Zinc, 1.1% Lead (Measured, Indicated and Inferred).

    Terramin's Bird-in-Hand project in Western Australia hosts Inferred Resource of 235,000 ounces at 13.0g/t gold.

    The halt will remain in place until the opening of trade on Monday 24th November 2014, or earlier if an announcement is made to the market.
