TFL has dealt with almost everything possible in recent times. Then Bam, this announcement comes left field.
I'm a little perturbed by, "The recently renewed Board has taken this step in light of the market capitalisation deficiency in TasFoods' share price, which indicates that the market has already adjusted TasFoods' intangible assets to reflect this write down. "

The question I have, how could anyone know of this or take this into account, did these traders had inside knowledge?
So it's clear the SP has been manipulated, unfortunately down!

High level strategy meeting this week, look forward to seeing the outcomes from this.
Sad to read though with all the new heavyweights onboard, that the Board "intends to engage external advisors to assist with the development of a detailed strategic plan and will update shareholders on outcomes from the process when appropriate"
Why have we engaged these new top guns if it's beyond them to work as a board to complete the strategic plan?
How much are the "illustrious advisors" costing?
Perhaps the Board could produce and show shareholders the cost benefits of engaging advisors!

Something is telling me, shareholders are being primed up for a CR......

A real opportunity for the new top guns to walk the talk and get TFL to where needs to be!

With less eggs being produced for chicken production, one would anticipate as life returns to normal and chicken sales return to some sort of "normal" the demand will out strip supply.
