II has made no change to recommendation, Buy .80c, hold until $1.20. While seen as undervalued, it is illiquid on ASX so gets a discount. But for that it would probably be a buy was my impression. Overall II happier post this deal. Notes that a lot of cash being received is consumed in other acquisitions as part of deal. I am holding also but could be tempted to top up if price drifts down towards .80c again. I do like the dividend.
