I'm curious, do you rate I.I.'s recommendations that highly?
Some of those site articles look like they are written by bots, more than detailed analysis. Also surprising that a stock with 50% upside (based on $1.20 exit does not warrant a buy recommendation).

The exciting part of TGP is the IRR on investments. Dividends are part of this story, but the key factor is their ability to execute on investments (both public and private) that deliver 25-30% IRR. IF they can get out of IAP at $1.90, it will come close ($1.40 entry = $2.04 (incl $0.14 of dividends).
