    Sept 6 (Reuters) - Asia Pacific Data Centre Group (AJD) :

    • Refers to its ASX announcement on 1 September 2017
    • Notes that NEXTDC Limited has indicated to APDC that it does not intend to support scheme proposal
    • Scheme proposal will not be progressed by board as it is not capable of being implemented
    • Refers to 360 Capital letter which set out terms of a proposal to acquire APDC securities by scheme of arrangement
