    BANGKOK, Nov 18 (Reuters) - Thailand's Prime Minister and APEC host Prayuth Chan-ocha said on Friday he wanted this week's meeting of the bloc in Bangkok to discuss how leaders can help transition to sustainable economic growth and development.
