    Basically there is no reason why a credit crisis should affect Lynas.
    Firstly they are fully funded. Unlike at the start of the GFC where funding was withdrawn. So no immediate crisis.

    Even in the event of a financial melt down world wide there will still be a demand for rare earths. They will still sell, they will still be in short supply. The law of supply and demand will still be on our side. We may even see a new currency based not on the gold standard but on a "rare earth standard".

    I doubt there is a better stock that could be used to weather a financial crisis. It will beat gold hands down. LYC will still be standing long after some of the biggest banks have tumbled.
