I think he/ she is saying if there was another credit crunch and european banks begin calling in there loans, any european who has borrowed money to buy australian (LYC) shares would then be forced to dump them. This would cause an over supply and the SP would drop.
How many euro investors are there that are leveraged with LYC shares would depend on how much the SP would drop.
Atleast thats how i read it???
