- expect to be told that the offer is very fair

- expect not to hear the term 'reserve upgrade' in the same
sentence as the word 'strong'

No problems, but;

- will take a very dim very about hearing things that may have been required to be told to me by others and earlier under continuous disclosure obligations.....

The IER is not the means to abrogate these obligations.
