I won't be 'slinking away'. Chances are, I will be at the meeting and asking a number of hard questions of the Board, as I have the last two years. I hope Hardmano will be able to make it also.

People may think that I have 'sold out' or turned traitor. Fine. People can think that. What people obviously want to hear is 'the dream'. They don't want pragmatism, they don't want to hear that $0.50 per GJ of 3P is all they will get, and they don't want to hear that you only get paid on the basis of reserves.

If we had proved up more reserves in the last 18 months, we would've got more money.

Sorry I can't oblige people with what you want to hear. The evidence for the Board selling out to Santos has just become too compelling.

We all hope Origin or BG intervene. They may. But whether we like it or not, people should prepare themselves for the possibility of ESG selling out to Santos.
