Could be a contractual obligation that it is settled by the 13th.

Its interesting that we have seen so many tidbit annmnts in the last few weeks.Perhaps cleaning up the corporate situation before getting on with the main stuff post the cash being received.

Once this SIOC/cdt thing is squared away they should be set to get on with stuff like DeWitt etc.

Chart seems to be intimating we might see a bit more consolidation first.

Either way it would be nice to get all this stuff settled and not have to dwell on it anymore.
