In companies like TNG the board should be adding value to promote growth not just navigation and mentoring. Right now opening doors and opportunities is desirable and perhaps assistance with contract negotiations. Lets not forget TNG is moving from exploration to junior miner with some people posting aspirations to be a tier one miner. That means different and/or additional skills on the board.
PB has demonstrated he is quite strategic and probably has this largely covered....
