Australia day is like the national apology. Activists wanting to dictate what support they receive claim it is required to heal old wounds.  

if delivered as demanded, there will be no improvement in Aboriginal lives. there is not one area that suddenly improved for the better after the apology.  

symbolic guestures are to showcare a persons superiority, not help others.  If activists truly cared, they would be volunteering in health, education, youth services or anything else far more than activism. 


But helping the lives of dozens of children behind the scenes does not allow you to grandstand.
