I always thought that THX was a exploration company, by that you are to assume that any minerals that they stumble onto falls into the category of worth investigating. I would disagree with the view that Graphite is and will be in oversupply. There are Graphite deposits and Graphite deposits, it all depends on the grade and particle size. Any deposits of minerals found in Australia will be a lot safer as far as tenure as say in some of the African Countries.
That said, Sophie downs has demonstrated excellent Zinc intersections and they need to drill through the graphite to reach the zinc. Previous intersections were very substantial but accurate assays of grade and particle size were not done because of the type of drilling. Large tracts of land have been pegged in the region by other companies specifically looking for Graphite, so in my mind good on THX for having a more detailed inspection of a mineral that could be of value as a side benefit next to a Zinc deposit.
