Nov 27 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1430 GMT on Monday:
** British telecoms group BT BT.L confirmed it will not make an offer for musicMagpie MMAG.L , a British onlineretailer of used smartphones and electronic products.
** Britain's Barclays BARC.L is in exclusive talks to buy embattled lender Metro Bank's MTRO.L 3 billion pound($3.74 billion) residential mortgages portfolio, Sky News reported.
** Brazilian retailer GPA PCAR3.SA has agreed to sell its 34% stake in e-commerce firm Cnova CNV.PA to its Frenchcontroller Casino CASP.PA , it said in a securities filing , concluding talks that had started in September.
** German automotive supplier SchaefflerSHA_p.DE raised its offer price for shares in Vitesco TechnologiesVTSCn.DE as a goodwill gesture, but Vitesco management said the new offer was "inadequate".
** BNP Paribas Cardif has bought a majority stake in the insurance arm of Italy's BCC ICCREA under an agreement that will enable it to sell life insurance through the cooperative group's banks for 15 years, the two companies said.
** French water and waste management company Veolia VIE.PA said it had agreed to sell its subsidiary SADE-CGTH to public works company NGE for 260 million euros ($283.58 million).
** Britain's Octopus Energy has bought a 12.5% stake in the 660 megawatt (MW) Walney Extension offshore wind farm in the Irish Sea from a group of Danish pension funds, it said. Financial details of the transaction were not provided.
** Heavily indebted French supermarket group Casino CASP.PA has received expressions of interest for its hypermarket and supermarket stores, the company said, declining to name the bidders or number of stores it intends to sell.
** Brazilian energy company Eneva ENEV3.SA has submitted a non-binding proposal to merge with local fuel distributor Vibra Energia VBBR3.SA , the company said in a securities filing on Sunday.
** Zhaojin Mining's 1818.HK $404.57 million bid for Tietto Minerals (TIE) vastly undervalues the West African gold miner, according to an independent expert report.
** German logistics entrepreneur Klaus-Michael Kuehne is examining a takeover of Signa Group's abandoned Elbtower high-rise project in his hometown of Hamburg, Handelsblatt reported.
