Titan Energy Services (ASX:TTN) has been granted an ASX trading halt pending finalisation of discussions with its Senior Lender regarding further financial support.
The trading halt should remain in place until the commencement of trading on Friday, 8th May 2015 or when an announcement is made.
In January, Titan raised $1 million through a placement of 5.5 million shares at $0.18 each to cornerstone investor Ausdrill (ASX:ASL).
