ANNUAL REPORT  JIMBLEBAR PROJECT For the Period 1/01/2007 TO 31/12/2007

Reviews of historical data revealed the presence of gold mineralisation along a 2km strike of the southern region of the Jimblebar Range known as the Jimblebar Gold Project where both historical mining and exploration has been undertaken. Sunny South prospect was highlighted as the most promising target but other prospects including Shearers, Pilliwinkle, Main Creek, Koondra and North End were also highlighted.

Drilling was carried out to evaluate gold mineralisation in the 600m between Sunny South and Pilliwinkle. Initial RC drilling (WRKRC5‐7) confirmed the presence of mineralisation and produced some significant results. WRKRC5 stepped out 30m from a previous high grade intersection of 2m @ 25.1g/t Au in drill hole SP9 and intersected 1m interval of 3.1g/t Au. WRKRC7, drilled beneath the main shaft at Sunny South, returned intersections of 3m @ 3.1g/t Au from 17m and 10m @ 2.1g/t Au from 27m. The most significant result came from WRKRC6 which intersected 8m of 22.3g/t Au from 34m depth, including 2m @ 85.3g/t Au (Table 17)

WRKRC16‐19 were subsequently drilled and confirmed the continuity of the mineralisation at Sunny South. The results of WRKRC13‐15 demonstrated continuity of gold mineralisation between the Sunny South and Pilliwinkle.   A final program of five holes (WRKRC51‐55) tested the orientation of high‐grade shoots at Sunny South prospect. Significant gold mineralisation was encountered in WRKRC51, 52 and 55.

Gold mineralisation at Sunny South appears to be associated with a felsic intrusive unit. Modeling of the mineralization at 0.1g/t Au cut‐off shows that the gold is contained within 3 stacked lodes that dip approximately 40° to the east (Figure 31). Higher gold grades (1g/t Au to 144g/t Au) have a more nuggety distribution. The highest grades tend to be located at the faulted footwall contact of the felsic intrusive with a BIF unit. Further to the south a single lode has been identified which extends for 400m along strike to the Pilliwinkle workings.  Drilling has demonstrated that these mineralised lodes are open both down‐dip and along strike however the, geometry and the controls on this mineralisation are still under interpretation.

Some samples containing higher grades of gold were selected for screen fire assay to gain a more accurate reflection of the overall grade. Individual 1m samples were selected from intersections of 8m @22.3g/t Au from 34m in WRKRC6 and 10m @ 2.1g/t Au from 27m WRKRC7. Samples with Au>200ppb Au from WRKRC13‐19 and samples with Au>250ppb from WRKRC48‐55 were also re‐submitted for screen fire assay.

Table 18 shows a comparison of the intersections from WRKRC6 and 7 calculated using the fire assay and screen fire assay results. There is only minor variance between the two methods, demonstrating that the high grade Au results are repeatable.

Intersections from WRKRC6 and 7 were also submitted for analysis by the Leachwell method (which mirrors the process of commercial CIL or CIP plants).  Comparison of the Leachwell analysis and the fire assay of the tails allows a nominal Au recovery by cyanide leaching to be calculated. Table 19 shows that nominal gold recovery from these samples is in excess of 97%, indicating that the gold at Sunny South has favourable metallurgical properties for extraction by CIP/CIL processing.
