Just with Permits (along with all the 'conditions') and financing .... Mitsui JV (?) , depends what they want in return plus any E.U $$$ again depends on the terms (dollar for dollar , etc)
I see a massive dump around the $2.20 mark , from there we could possibly 2X the MC .... takes us to 1B 'ish , so I'm guessing low 3's ???
I want it to but I don't see this going batsh*t crazy atm .... $10 by Christmas ? , yes , but not this year .
