My understanding is that this means ACCC will continue to set wholesale (and other) prices for services over Telstra copper until 2024.
It is different to the commercial agreement between NBNCo and Telstra, where Telstra will stop selling services over copper, as NBNCo takes over.
So the announcement is of no-consequence, i dont know why its 2024 and not-2022, i guess they just want an extra window incase NBNCo's rollout plans change.
