Yes Telstra is guilty of false advertising but if you read some articles on this issue it seems that because the Govt decided to change to "fibre to the node " then these speeds became totally unachievable. Can I smell some form of compensation from the NBN as the ACCC investigates further and starts to enforce regulation onto the NBN company?
