I have not seen anyone other than you mention (in numerous posts now, on the discussion boards of both companies) the idea of AGL taking over TLS. Could you point me to any announcement or release from either company to do with this matter? I'm aware I may have taken my eye off the ball here but it sounds like a fantasy you're trying to will into reality - apologies if there is some evidence I haven't seen to suggest AGL has interest in consuming the largest player in a completely different field from its current operations.
