As for $7.40 - as I previously indicated, TLS hasn't been anywhere near that mark for the past 25 years. Acknowledging that some shareholders bought in at these levels, they've had plenty of time to adjust their holdings since (either selling out or averaging down). It seems somewhat unreasonable to be making multiple posts complaining that the SP isn't currently trading at 50-75% above its historical average over the past 2 decades.
