each are entirely independent.
But essentially they move in sinc , give or take a few cents , as traders have the same information to trade on and you can trade on each market.
The only thing that I think most are hoping for is the tail wags the dog ie traders on the Nasdaq initially place a higher value which in turn will lift TLX on the asx
Of course that works both ways as well
