and i reckon, but obviously don't know .... they would have been told to increases from $100m to $200m so as not to embarrass the demand.
nothing worse than applying for "X" amount and being given 10% of what you applied which im thinking in any case
i keep reminding people TLX doesn't need the cash but wants the Nasdaq Currency but i do note it's the highest amount raised and ( i assume) plenty of demand @ $17.87
