Was just looking at this and the announcement below & noticed that the TIVAN applications for Australia, Russia, China, South Africa all line up with where the bulk of the resources are.
No other reason to post than I found this interesting - TNG have done their research & IMHO at some point people will wake up & realise how far ahead of the pack they are.
