One other thing, whether intentional or not, TNG have been endeavouring to raise finance based on the DFS numbers & have given some indication that these discussions were going quite well.
With this announcement, project economics change considerably in TNGs favour. You have to wonder for all the finance Due Diligence which would be going on whether this announcement would not only seal the deal for finance, but potentially improve the T&C the bankers are prepared to offer.
