Statutory Revenue FY21 - $67.4M V FY20 $20.2M + 333% +

Normalised EBIT DATA- FY21 $9.6M V FY20- (-2.8M) + 400% +

Current Cash on Hand- FY21 $14.86M V FY20 $4.35M + 341%

From Negative EBIT in FY20 to cash positive EBIT in FY21 + 400% are incredible numbers with uplift with $14.86M Cash on hand.


Now as a speculative company, lets have a further look into the breakdown from the P&L provided today & Check the health of the company- as we know the health of a speculative company is extremely important if we are to invest our capital.

So lets understand this here for a second- With every acquisition and merger achieved this year along with the incredible growth numbers, the bad debts number has actually reduced??? WOW this is a statement, major growth and decreased bad debt numbers?? BIG TICK

I have taken the time to write this for any new investor who are considering investing in TNT. The cyber security space is heating up & the current board assembled for Tesserent have kicked goal after goal. The sentiment has changed along with the dynamic of the company.
Tesserent are about to successfully integrate their mergers and acquisitions under one banner and freshening up the brand.
the numbers above should provide any investor positive sentiment for a small cap/speculative stock as these numbers are pretty incredible GOG from 12 months prior.
the disconnect from SP to Fundamentals are insane along with the current multiples. Tesserent are currently trading well under FV & have enormous upside. I believe in the current board and team assembled along with their latest acquisition with LOOP- who come with a great reputation & solid company with an excellent customer base.
Tesserent have now begun to implement their growth strategy and ambition in New Zealand which will further enhance the Tesserent brand and provide great opportunity for growth & scale.
