    Cabe ***a 5:1 capital raising would do just That, would raise approx $22-23Million at a 22cent share offer, or thereabouts :)

    Now will BLR do a WMT ??? The Answer is SURE WILL.

    The Great Thing about BLR is that they have upward of 5 Projects that are Possible over the next 2-3Years.
