Provided the company pays fair market value at the current share price for the company, in my opinion, there is zero dilution - our market cap should grow in line with the additional number of share on issue. e.g. buy the company for $20million - issue 200 million additional shares at 10cents, market cap grows by $20 million - total shares on issue increase by 200 million - where's the dilution?
