I find it more prudent to work out what the company doesn't tell you in their announcements than what they do tell you.
They never mentioned that the company was debt free, so I assume they have plenty. Especially if they own their premises.They also don't mention the profit of the company they are buying.
Again, this makes me think they are paying off debt and have cost obligations not being disclosed.
Diasource are not selling because they are stupid.
