"New avenues to explore" with "New and interested parties". What and where are these new avenues? And who are these new parties? I assume these parties are outside POC1 or it would have said, "new avenues to explore with POC1". Or are these parties 'old' i.e. existing/had prior dealings with ADO and have just become interested? This statement is a bit vague/weird. However, I live in an avenue. If I see Geoff and co exploring it I guess that will explain it.
