    I would expect an announcement after their board meeting today. IMO strength today is purely due to US markets.

    I think it strange though that the other directors know nothing about the goings on in Russia until Charles gets to brief them at the meeting. If I were a director I would pick up the phone every now and then and say "hows it going Charles, whats happening over there in Tomsk". Sad but true.
