The amenemdents to the consumer credit legisaltion has been passed by the house of reps on the 26th June. http://www.aph.gov.au/Parliamentary_Business/Bills_Legislation/Bills_Search_Results/Result?bId=r4682
So basically CCV will have minimal earnings impact and regulatory uncertainty is almost gone.
Needs to know go through the Senate,but as both sides of politics liked the amendments, this is just a formailty.
I expect EZ corp to come knocking back anytime soon. Happy buying
