"Opening and Closing Dates
The Record Date for the Rights Issue is 13 December 2005 and copies of this Prospectus will be sent no later than 16 December 2005 to shareholders registered on the Record Date.
The Offer will open for receipt of acceptances on 16 December 2005 and
closes at 5.00pm WST on 6 January 2006 (unless varied). Completed Entitlement and Acceptance Forms and Shortfall Application Forms (if any)
must be received at the share registry, Computershare, together with a cheque or bank draft in Australian dollars for the total application monies.
Rights Attaching to the Rights Shares and Options
The Rights Shares will be issued fully paid and from the date of issue will rank equally in all respects with the Shares currently on issue. The Options
are exercisable at $0.05 on or before 1 October 2007.
A summary of the rights attaching to the Rights Shares and Options is set out in Sections 8.1 and 8.2.
