I also hold quite a few shares and will be joining a class action if we get screwed. I cant believe what has been uncovered to date and I have been keeping a very close eye on the financial details of this company for a long time. I have certainly been mislead and not informed as I should have been.
Is it necessary to register as an unsecured creditor or will all shareholders be treated equally?
I still don't understand how a group of unsecured creditors were able to force the company into VA to sell off one asset that was specifically excluded from the VA.
