If those ex bond holders' shares were escrowed for 24 months, at least ODN BOD set the same playing field between retail investors and those ex bond holders. I still do not understand who are those ex bond holders.
245 million shares are 44 per cent of total outstanding shares (563 million). It is strange that there is no substantial holding notice unless ex bond holders comprise more than 10 persons where each person owns less than 4 per cent.
