    CNOOC to build LNG terminal in Fujian's Longhai City
    Beijing. February 22. INTERFAX-CHINA - China National Offshore Oil Corp. (CNOOC) plans to build a liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal in Fujian Province's Longhai City and is likely to begin construction in the first half of this year, a source with Longhai arm of the National Development and Reform Commission (Longhai NDRC) confirmed to Interfax on Wednesday.
