Why are we worried about a takeover offer?
Directors of a company can only suggest share holders to take up an offer, well I believe that is the case.
We haven't got our product to market yet, the amount of rolling news to come this year should see a SP of (conservatively) 80c.
Time will tell but once we get approvals and into the market, seriously and IMO, in 3 - 4 years time there will be an amount of money paid into our accounts from dividends but in the mean time the SP would creep and be well in excess of $3.00, and I believe that to be conservative figure as well.
