Could be a complaint or may be on asx 'watch list' as it is out of admin. and has been manipulated by previous management.
IMO usually not a good sign for sp drop prior to announcement, although may be an exeption as minimum volume (1-2 million shares over a few days) have cause the decline.
I would say a standard scoping study won't raise the sp too much as it's anticipated, there would need to be positive news out of the ordinary for a decent re rate and especially to crack the 9cent barrier, as I remember high volume was churned at that price range first day out of admin ( I think 180mil shares that day if I recall correct)
Overall apart from the SP imo managment are doing well, and once we start making deals it will re rate.
Another SP catalist for management would be the 50mil options they would want in the money to possibly fund dfs. Gltah
