Exactly hes learnt from Peter after being under him NOT EXPERIENCED ENOUGH In my apinion there will be much better qualified people out there that would be better not just for ancauabe but looking at a bigger picture with nacanda Hill and also letting the chiniese know that there a share holder and not the owner and to keep our other mine asset's at interest of the share holders lets see were triton put out an expression off interest for the job not keep it in house and give us the best chance possible
