TOU have obviously found a believer in the story willing to back it with some serious cash...There are two major benefits from these two capital raisings.. Firstly the financing risk has been substantially reduced and secondly, TOU management can now focus on going full throttle towards getting the gas to power project up and running next year..
Looks like 2023 is going to be the year that TOU actually do put power into the Botswana power grid. Hopefully this will quickly build up to supply the 10Mw power purchase agreement that TOU has with the Botswanan Power Corporation...
2023 is not very far away... Could be time to start think what comes next...??.. The Botswanan government wants 100Mw from gas... That would be a BIG project and I would be surprised if it didn't raise the interest of bigger international power companies... 2023 could be very interesting...
