In a way it is little unfair.
This is on NBN FTTN network so on copper infrastructure, which is distance related.
So why is NBN providings a dud service that is not capable of 50mb or 100mb and the reseller gets pinged.
Also TPG have almost double the subscriber number than Optus but got fined less than half of Optus
So they must have been more proactive
