Rod Sims’s high aspiration re TPG’s strength is a good thing for positive merger outcome. TPG is good because they estimated low price with Huawei, but ban on Huawei has left nothing for them to be as cheap offer for customers as Rod Sims anticipated. Merger would make tpg much stronger to compete with tls and Optus. Does the lessening of competition make any sense?
Simms’s observation is contradictory. Not being able to use the spectrum and freq slots, TPG is
being made to lose; loss does not add vale to t
to the Govt. in the form of tax. While holding high aspiration re tpg’s strength, why does Rod see tpg wasting resources and losing revenue.
if such wastage and loss continue, will there be even be any stronger third to ensure customer-favoured competition? This delay is ultimately the sign of approved positive merger coming soon. Let us all appreciate in advance Rod Simms’s approval of tpg and vodafone merger. We envisage that customers are getting better service with cheaper rate from he fruit of the merger. Some people have got the feeling and hence a rally/up... in TPG share price.
