    Andy Penn said on Sky Business yesterday that TLS will spend $800M improving mobile blackspots , and the State and Commonwealth governments will contribute a further $200 M towards this end . Why should the ACCC and Commonwealth endanger that sort of investment ? As I recall (I've sold so I'm not interested in researching TPM further) TPM are spending $600M to build their whole network.
