Why not a huge compensation for the unncecessary delay that could allow tpg and voda to start court action early and settle early? Sims appear to have praised TPG; he so confident that TPG can be disruptive from day one even if they build network with other vendors. I think TPG can do build own network. Sims saw something special and synergic in tpg, and he is confident that TPG can do and must do build own network. How can he come into this ACCC head position with such mindset of praising a company. If tpg is so strong and smart, they can be much more stronger with voda by compelimenting each other to challenge duoploy. why dies his brain think about that? Ans is Sims and his team not fit even to safegurd their own information, let alone safeguring the australian business and economy and consumers' interest.
