It is like a revenge not only on the tpg and voda but also on the shareholders; if there were a TH, people can take some mental preparation. It is like stabbing from/in the back. With such a mentality for consumers ( SHs are consumers and peopel), how can he make good decision to benefit the consumers? He blamed small budget for his IT; what a irony! with his small budget, he cannot prevent the leakage of information for which SHs are in debacle ( I did not sell and not willing to sell in response to such brainless decision); with small budget he makes blunders; what about tpg and voda? individually tpg and voda are with smaller budget! How can tpg, with smaller budget, build network to challenge tls and opt? Sims has been praising tpg in his report; Will Sims invest in tpg so that it can get larger budget to build better network to challenge tls and opt? What is the source of his strength for callous decision? Is he not accountable to any authority for misguiding the people and the business?

Very sad to see such a menal debacle of this person who has been the head of the ACCC and advising tpg to fix the ban with other vendors. Easy solution, please fund tpg and get it to build the network with Eric/Nokia.

Those who lost their share can proceed in collaboration with the tpg or voda to get compensation for getting panicked and selling the share due to inorderly leakage of the information without informing the ASX whatsoever. TPG and VODA need to engage a panel of topmost lawyers to get the issue resolved and have the ACCC compensate all of the losses for the companies and shareholders.
