TPG Telecom Limited (TPG) - proposed merger with Vodafone Hutchison Australia Pty Ltd (VHA) Commenced: 24 September 2018 22/01/2019 Timeline suspended due to delay in receiving information from merger parties. Former provisional decision date of 28 March 2019 delayed. New provisional decision date is expected to be 11 April 2019. The ACCC will confirm the new provisional decision date when the information from the merger parties is received.
