Market was very bearish yesterday, hopefully we see a bull run and some confidence hit the market today. Even if merger doesn't happen, TPG has a solid ground to stand on as it's own company and is pretty fairly valued at the current prices.

They will definitely take to court if merger not approved, it just makes sense especially with Macquarie coming in to help the poorer consumers end of the market.
