Good question and my answer would only be an assumption but I'd imagine the terms are the same when it goes through. This IMO would mean TPM have more cash to distribute in a special dividend due to cash build while waiting for approval, not that makes the deal any better as in return for the extra special dividend we have less future value because of the delay in the first place which realistically is worth more than that
