Transfield Services Limited (ASX:TSE) Australia and New Zealand infrastructure business CEO Nicholas Yates has resigned to take up the position of BSA Limited (ASX:BSA) Managing Director.

 

Mr Yates will leave Transfield at the end of February after seven years with the company.

 

In announcing the resignation, Transfield also reiterated the company is finalising a review of its operating model.

 

Transfield says it will release more details to the market when it announces its half year results on February 27.

 

Transfield Services booked a net loss of $254.4 million in fiscal 2013.
